Arrival day is March 8.
Departure day is March 14.
Book your flight tickets and transfer (qualified Partners).
The closest airport is Denpasar International Airport (DPS)
Transfer from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes.
Check your passport! Make sure it has not expired and is valid for 6 months after your return date. If it has expired, renew it in time before the trip. For more information, visit the Indonesia e-visa official website.
Get extra insurance on your flight ticket. Due to the uncertain times, we advise you to get extra insurance on your flight ticket to cover cancellations.

FAQ

Will there be interpretation into other languages during the conference?

Yes. We will offer interpretation into Hungarian, Slovak, German, Spanish, Turkish and Mandarin.
Interpretation will be on Zoom. Please bring your own equipment to be able to use the interpretation service (smartphone, earphones, powerbank).

If an excursion is fully booked, can I still participate?

There is always a chance that you can join in if someone else cancels their participation. Contact Diana Nilsson who oversees the reservation list. There might be a spot for you.

Do I have to book my spot for the sports/training sessions? Where shall we meet if we want to take part in the training?

Sports/ training sessions are for everyone, and there is no limit to the number of participants. You do not need to book your spot in advance. We will give you more information about the meeting place during the conference.

Breakout sessions – are they going to be interpreted and recorded?

Interpretation will be available only during sessions held in the main conference room. It will not be arranged in the smaller rooms for different Breakout sessions. Recordings will not be available.

Where will I find the Zinzino Hospitality desk? When will it be open?

Our Hospitality desk will be in front of the entrance to the main conference room, and it will always be staffed for 30 minutes before and after the event.

What happens if I cannot travel to the Director Trip due to illness? Will I get reimbursement for expenses for my spouse/children/single room?

Contact your insurance company if you cannot travel due to illness.

I am qualified for the Director Trip, but I cannot participate this time. Can I save my qualification for next year?

Each qualification is valid only for the respective Director Trip. You will need to qualify again if you wish to join the next Director Trip.

Is this an all-inclusive trip?

All the meals, activities, training and the conference are included.

Flight tickets and transfers are not included, but all our qualified Partners received €500 flight compensation.

Flight compensation – when do I get money for my flight tickets?

The flight compensation is 500 PayPoints as a standard reward, with an additional 500 PayPoints available if you qualified for extra upgrades. The flight compensation has been paid to all qualified members in December. You can find it in your Back Office under weekly bonuses.

Who is entitled to receive the flight compensation?

Everyone who is qualified for Director Trip 2025.
